Potential customers' purchasing adoption when purchasing electric vehicles is influenced by factors such as cost, range anxiety, environmental concerns, and government policies. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the adoption intention for the purchase of electric vehicles in the city of Cochabamba – Cercado. A total of 288 elements were surveyed in the city of Cochabamba and subsequently the analysis of the data obtained was carried out. The results of the survey helped to answer the 9 hypotheses raised by the same author. For this analysis, the PLS SEM structural equation modeling technique was applied, using the SMART PLS program. Once the analysis of results is concluded, and after affirming the hypotheses, it is evident that the reliability variable does depend on the variables of charging time, infrastructure and range. It can also be observed that the attitude variable depends on the variables social reputation and environmental concern. and not so much of the price and the incentives.
